Partenero Acti Pro
Description:
Partenero Acti-Pro is a concentrated blend containing enzymes and ascorbic acid to reduce the addition of vital wheat gluten.
During the production of vital wheat gluten, the structure of the proteins can get damaged and/or modified, making them less active than the proteins found in normal wheat flour. Therefore, more vital wheat gluten have to be added than actually needed.
Partenero Acti-Pro will repair the damage and/or modifications made to the vital wheat gluten.
Dosage
With the use of Partenero Acti-Pro, 30 to 50 % of the vital wheat gluten can be replaced.
Add 10 gram of Partenero Acti-Pro per kilo of vital wheat gluten replaced.
Composition
Wheat flour; dry yeast; enzymes (wheat); flour treatment agent (E300).

- 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
- 25 kg bag in box
