Soybean flour; wheat flour; anti caking agent (E170); emulsifier (E471); enzymes (wheat).

Application:
- for all bread types that need more softness and enhanced shelf life
- improves also crumb texture and resilience
- dosage: 0.5 - 2.0 % on flour weight
