Ingredients:
Wheat flour; anti caking agent (E170); soybean flour; flour treatment agent (E300); enzymes (wheat).
Packaging:
- 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
- 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
Application:
- all bread types with low to moderate specific volume
- improver for low quality flour
- for applications with short to moderate fermentation times
- dosage: 0.3 - 0.6 % on flour weight
