Multipurpose bread improver
Ingredients:
soybean flour; carrier (E170); emulsifier (E472e); dextrose; vegetable oil; flour treatment agent (E300); enzymes (wheat).
Packaging:
- 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
- 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
Application:
- all bread types with high specific volume
- improver for low quality flour
- for applications with moderate to long fermentation times
- dosage: 0.3 - 0.6 % on flour weight
